  • Tickets are valid only for the date and session indicated on them. Please check the date information before completing your purchase.
  • Tickets that have been purchased cannot be refunded.
  • A ticket must be purchased for all visitors aged 2 and over.
  • Participants with valid tickets may enjoy the activities in the festival area at no additional cost.
  • Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for accompanying children throughout the festival, including the workshop, performance, and booth areas.
  • Festival staff do not take custody of children or provide childcare services.
  • The age ranges, durations, and participant capacities of workshops may vary depending on the activity.
  • Pets are not permitted in the festival area.
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the event area.
  • Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the festival. By entering the event, participants are deemed to have accepted the use of these images in the organization’s promotional and communications activities.
  • Entry to and exit from the area are carried out in accordance with the rules determined by the organization. Following ticket verification, an entry wristband will be given to the child and accompanying adult.
  • Wristbands are valid only during the relevant day and session. Visitors who leave the area may be required to present their tickets again in order to re-enter.
  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organization cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged items.

Istanbul Children's Festival has been designed with different content for children aged 0–15. For ages 0–2, the program focuses on a first festival experience, stroller access, and comfortable mobility; for ages 3–7, on games, mascots, stage activities, and introductory workshops; for ages 8–11, on sports, exploration, challenges, and experience zones; and for ages 12–15, on stage activities, social content, and experiences with friends.

Yes. Every visitor aged 3 and over who enters the festival area must have a valid ticket. If one adult and one child are attending together, the “1 adult + 1 child” package can be purchased. For larger groups, a single-person ticket or a family package for 4 people can be chosen. Children aged 0–2 are free; however, a free registration ticket must be obtained together with the accompanying adult's ticket.

Separate daily tickets are available for Saturday and Sunday. Visitors who wish to attend both days of the festival may choose the combined ticket valid for September 19–20. The selected day and ticket type must be checked before purchasing a ticket.

Your ticket grants you entry to the festival area for the day you selected or as part of the combined ticket. Workshops, stage programs, sports, technology, games, and brand experiences are offered as part of the festival program. Some activities may have age, session, and capacity restrictions. Food and beverage purchases and services stated to be subject to an additional fee are not included in the ticket price.

Visitors will be given a wristband for verification upon their first entry. Re-entry to the area is planned during the festival's opening hours, provided that the wristband is not damaged or removed.
